Alright, I think I went overboard on this blog post (record pictures). But I have a good reason. From the moment Michelle called me and said she wanted me to cover her wedding earlier this year, I have been dying to capture and upload her wedding images online. What she didn't know was that I would imagine how incredibly beautiful she would look in her wedding gown and walking down the aisle ever since I met her when Casa Real Winery, one of the most popular wedding venues in the area, opened up in 2008. (Plug Plug). We chatted quite a few times as I shot many weddings at either Casa Real and the Palm Event Center (She is the behind the scene person for marketing) Finally one day, Michelle mentioned about a really handsome gentleman named Kevin she met at Santana Row (It sure felt like a long time ago). I joked to her a few times about shooting their wedding if they ever get engaged. Fast forward a few years and their wedding pictures are now up on the internet.
Michelle, I'm so honored and privileged to have spent the entire weekend with you and Kevin and both your families. I've never enjoyed an assignment as much as I did during the time I spent in Tahoe, reuniting with the Beets Hospitality family and such amazing talents as Maria Chang and Nicole Ha.
Last but not least, I want to give a BIG thank you to Maria for helping me with some amazing images. Plus, I'm really glad you're sticking with make-up. I have one less competitor to worry about. This is the first time I attempted "The Knot" style of shooting. Only people in the wedding industry whom have tried to get the work published understand what I mean. Hope you all can enjoy.
