Heather + Derrick Engagement | Santa Cruz, Ca.

As you can see, Heather and Derrick are nature lovers and big fans of the redwoods. It's one of the reasons we started our session at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. More important, it was their playground while attending Santa Cruz University.

This is a banana slug, a common resident. Somehow, it became the face of Santa Cruz University...as its mascot. Until yesterday, I have never heard off or seen one before.

Vivienne + Ryan E-session

I had a great time hanging out with Vivienne and Ryan today in San Jose. I finally get to do a session that is not in San Francisco. The only glitch was that we were asked to remove ourselves from a location trying to shoot some rains and tracks (Anyone knows of a place where I can shoot some trains boxes and tracks without being disturbed?). While having a little dinner snack at a local diner, Ryan suggested Juicy Burger if I ever to crave a hamburger. There goes what is really left of my diet.
